2026 Membership Fee Schedule and Benefits

At the 2025 Annual Meeting, members of the Digital Towpath Cooperative approved the following fee schedule for the year 2026. The cooperative membership includes a suite of services designed to support municipal digital operations and records management.

Included Annual Membership Services

• Content Management System (CMS) for website maintenance
• DNS and Domain Management
• Email services with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) available
• Email Archiving
• Electronic Records Management System - this is not available to County governments

Registration Requirements

To access Email Archiving and ERMS, members must complete separate registrations. If you are not currently using these services, please register using the following links:

**Electronic records management is not available to county governments.
